1-on-1 nutrition clients meet with certified nutrition coach for a two hour initial appointment. A minimum 3-month commitment is necessary to establish lifestyle modification and meaningful progress.
Our 1-on-1 nutrition coaching is tailored specifically to you, your life and your goals. No cookie-cutter plans here.
Every week you will have a check in with your nutrition coach. Your personalized nutrition protocol will be created to work for you, your life, and your goals.
You will: Trouble shoot, plan, receive daily support and accountability.
Learn to plan meals in addition to the how/what/when/why. Learn about food timing,
food quality and quantity, and employ advanced techniques as needed.
After your initial 3-months, you may still be working toward your goal. If you choose to stay on with your coach as you continue to make progress toward your goals, we have options for discounted monthly rates.
Our final step in the process is maintenance, where we transition you to your new normal, strategically adjusting your calories, as we systematically move you toward intuitive eating and freedom with your food.
